I don't know how many cards in this set, the back of the cards says "There are five to fifteen exercises to a lesson and twenty-four lessons to a complete health building course".

Not sure of the actual title of this set either.

These charming and virtually never-encountered collectibles depict Joe Bonomo -"The Hercules of the Screen" - as he strains away through a series of exercises designed to enhance the "Physical Culture" of the observer. (Although Bonomo's Quality Confections were, presumably, wholesome and salubrious treats, single lines on the bottom edge of each cardback don't always mention candy ... often opting instead to enjoin the reader to heed such slogans as "Bathe Often" and "See the Family Physician Every Six Months.") The cards measure about 2-1/2" x 3" and, in addition to the life-style tips and Bonomo ads featured on the back, are distinguished by well-detailed black-and-white photos of the obscure release's impressive subject. The cards are numbered by "Lesson" and "Exercise". Few advanced collectors possess even a single sample card from this release, and these little gems are so rare that Jefferson Burdick never knew of their existence. (Accordingly, they're not listed in his definitive American Card Catalog.)
