| A series of cards issued in Canada by the WORLD WIDE GUM Company of Granby Quebec Canada, in packs of their AUTO PLATE Gum (they are often referred to as the Canadian Goudey). I have always assumed that the series was issued in 1939 or 40 as the date on the plates is 1939. Burdick has listed this series as series number V358 in his American Card Catalogue. The images used are the same as the ones used by the Goudey Gum Company in their R19 series issued in the United States. The Card measures 3 1/4 inches by 1 1/2 inches approximately. | ||
