| Issued by the Novelty Package Company of the United States, sometime during the mid 1950's. The series is listed in Burdicks American Card Catalogue as series R722-4 and is entitled "Mr.Magics Tricks". The card was originally found printed on the backs of small boxes of Mr. Magic Candy. The cards were perforated and could be popped out of the backs of the boxes and collected. The card measures 2 1/2 inches by just under 3 inches approximately. These Novel issues are scarce. I imagine that many would have never been popped out and collected, instead would have been thrown out with the box. | ||
