Issued in Canada by the OGILVIE FLOUR MILLS CO. Limited of Canada. One was inserted into each package of their Ogilvie Products. They made breads flour and cereal. Each card is a die cut image of a person in uniform or a piece of equipment from an area of the Canadian Armed Forces. I have never found these listed in any guide that I am aware of. I have also never been able to find a definitive date of issue, however based on the uniform I would have to guess sometime in the late 1940’s early 1950’s era. The card has fold back wings that act as stand giving the child a stand up paper toy or doll to play with.
